I think it's about a mile and it took a bunch of scouts about 30 min or so to get to the lake. Coming back up took longer since it is up hill. Maybe 45 min.
If your in good shape 15 to 20 min down. To the lake and just depends on how much you want to stop coming back up. Its beautiful and well worth the trip. And is an easy hike for most people
