I'm on the ketone diet so I order stuff that's not breaded or a bacon cheese burger lettuce wrap with no fries and ice tea. As far as Guten free I don't think they do. They have a online menu

No wonder this place will go out of business- very rude lack of service- had 1 drink and 2 shots and we're told you have had your limit
