At times of you have been near a certain business it will ask you to rate that business. There is an option "I haven't been there" BTW, Popeyes has great chicken and the red beans and rice are awesome

Sometimes if you are in the area for a time. The satellite thinks you are there. There is a button top right when it ask you to rate. Click it and remove location.
