Person working drive thru told me they had NOTHING in the store to stir my drink with… I ask for my drink stirred every morning so that it’s not half a cup of foam and this is the first I’ve heard of really any coffee shop not having even a little plastic stirring stick… I didn’t even know what to say lmao I guess I need to find a different Starbucks that is capable of stirring a drink, the concept of which seems fairly simple. 😂

They always have fresh coffee to serve and the servers are friendly and better than locations.

The best coffee in town. I have tried the local mom and pop shops but I always leave wishing I would have just gone to Starbucks. Lesson learned and I will never stray again. They just always get it perfect and so delicious.

They do not honor B1G1, paid full price on Thursday as a promotion and on Sunday morning the manager admitted they chose not to turn on their mobile ordering and take part in the 'free' portion of the promo. So, they're happy to have me pay full price but then go to another store for the free promo in order to pad their bottom line. Pathetic. Now, I can either drive 15+ min away to South Spring Hill or into Franklin. Absolutely ridiculous and should not be allowed. Will be filing a complaint. Update: The store in South Spring Hill was listed as open, placed an order but they were closed due to lack of staff. This location on Main Street refused to do anything regarding the coupon even after I told them that the store South of town was closed. Awful customer service, will not be returning.
