A total waste of time and money. I cant even begin to express how unprofessional and rude they are here... After waiting a week for my appointment I showed up at my 7:30 AM appointment time to be greeted by a very rude man that was clearly upset I had an appointment as he tore down the employee that made it. They had zero confidence in doing the repair needed and when I picked up my car (that the work order had a oil change and new brakes on) they never changed the brakes. There is zero customer service here and they make it clear they rather service their commercial accounts. My car was there for 11 hours to just leave with an oil change. No brakes and no real diagnoses for the check engine light (seriously told me I need a new gas cap, but my car doesn’t have a gas cap. Then changed to “maybe it needs a smoke test”) Maybe better management would go a long way here but I’ll never be back!

Overpriced. IF you have a choice, do not go to Firestone. You need to ask for an itemized quote BEFORE having your car serviced/repaired. Example: $222 quote for a part is $36 at Auto Zone. So, if you can, either repair yourself or take to another store. Also, staff not helpful. The ones I dealt with had that "take it or leave it" attitude. Oh how I miss good customer service.

Andrew, Kody, Gary, and Cayce were the best team I have experienced in a while. This team special ordered my Nitto Ridge Grapplers for my 06 Duramax. Took about two weeks to come in (no fault of this store). They kept me updated and right when they arrived they called. I dropped it on a Sunday morning and was ready to go after lunch. Great crew! Taking it back to get alignment with Andrew this next week! Some good attributes here: * Customer service driven * Quality of work * Quick turn around time * Professionalism

Don't bring your car here for an alignment! I took my truck in to have the alignment checked, they put it on the alignment rack and everything came back green, but they still did an alignment. After the "alignment" my steering wheel wasn't straight and drove poorly. The sheet they provided shows my truck was fine before they touched it. So I took it back to them to have it fixed, but the result was the same: the steering wheel was not centered, and I was told that my tires were to blame for the alignment being off. After that, I took my business else where. Columbia Co-Op, they were able to get it aligned in under an hour. I regret buying Firestone's life time alignment.

Great people
They take walk-ins, though you may have to wait a while depending on how many appts ahead of you.
I dont know but if you call them they are open on sunday
Then why didn't you just go there? $13 isn't bad, IF the tire can be repaired. Some tires cannot, based on type of damage, and may need to be replaced. Did you know that?
