Hwy 55 is a fun local burger and shake spot. I love the retro decor and music. Looks like an old dinner from the '50's. Really fun and the food is pretty good too.

We normally love this restaurant for a burger and shake. We used to eat here pretty regularly. However, the last 2-3 times we have been its been less than acceptable service. The teenaged girls have slowly gotten more and more snotty combined with very very slow service. I know every place is short staffed and good help has been hard to come by. We get it and can overlook these things given the environment of the world right now. The thing that will keep us from coming back tho, is how dirty, grimy and greasy the entire restaurant feels. The napkin holder, the (empty and crusty) condiment containers, the chairs and the floor all have this layer of grease and grime. I was so grossed out by the mustard container and the napkin holder on our table, that it made me wonder what else was clearly not being cleaned. We made the mistake of going to the bathroom and it was even worse. I can over look a snotty teen, or slow service but I can't get past how unclean the restaurant is beginning to feel.

We like there food but tonight their food wasn't the best. BC there bread was soggy but we love there ice cream.

Great burgers! Love the wonderful atmosphere. Excellent service. Definitely will be visiting again.
