Got there at 7pm they close at 8. Said at the order screen for 5 mins. Said hello multiple times. No one said a word or even said hold on a second. Cars behind me pulled off. After 5-10 mins I drove off.

Sent in an $80 app order for a family meal. Sent the app order in an hour before pickup. Showed up and not only was the order not ready or made, they told me they didn’t have the chicken tenders I ordered. The drive through server was so pleasant and contrite, but when I asked to see the manager, this young rude guy stuck his head out of the window and told me we were out tenders anyway so you weren’t getting your order to begin with and shut the drive through windows. I will never eat here or any other Popeyes again after this horrible experience. I rode just a short distance away and KFC handled my order perfectly.

Bad experience all around. When I ordered I mentioned twice that I wanted spicy chicken, and they gave me mild. I sat at the window for about 7 minutes watching people walk back and forth, but no one approached the window to take my payment. I also brought a coupon, but when I presented it to the cashier she just said she didn't have the manager's card to approve it and didn't make any further effort to honor it. At that point my food was ready so it was too late to cancel my order. I normally don't leave reviews, but just like the biscuit they gave me, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Severely understaffed. Online order placed and supposed to be ready when I arrived. Inside was closed so I drove around to the drive thru. My order wasn't even started yet and I live 20 minutes away. No other customers were there. Chicken was overcooked. My large sides consisted of three small containers.
