Why you guys open 7 hrs a day monday thru friday instead of open 24 hours if no one works there and its a park?

I visited it as part of a ghost/cemetery tour in September and we were there after dark. Not sure now the name of the company or if they had special arrangements or not.

Its open in daylight hours. After dark they prefer to keep everyone out to prevent vandalism. This is a Memorial NOT a park or playground. It is a cemetery for those unidentified bodies from Katrina
