My grandfather used this company to replace a couple of his doors that got damaged from a hurricane. Everything seemed fine at first. He was asked to give a deposit on the new doors but he wasn't told until after the fact that he wouldn't have his doors until a month and a half later. Once they made it out to his home with the new doors they installed them but one of them wasn't installed correctly. We called about the door being installed incorrectly and they refused to come out. At one time they said they were coming for a certain time and never showed up. After that they just never would come out. The door still doesn't open properly.

I ordered a garage door for my business. It's a very long story, so lets just keep it short and to the point. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. In the end, I still have a damaged garage door. I would never use this company again.

In most cases we can get to your home the same day you call, if it is during normal business hours. Getting your garage door fixed quickly and correctly is important to us. We understand your time is valuable, so we come to your home with a fully stocked truck prepared to fix 99% of all jobs we run into. If you need a brand new garage door or a custom ordered part, we may need to return to your home a second time to complete the work.
All of our employees are required to go through drug and background checks as part of the hiring process. During their employment with us, they are also randomly subjected to drug and background checks periodically. The safety of our customers is of the utmost importance, and we know these extra steps make you feel more comfortable when a technician visits your home.
The average job takes about two hours to complete. New garage door operators take about 1-2 hours to be installed and so do most repairs. New single garage door installations usually take about 3 hours for one door and about 6 hours for two. The technician will come out and present you with recommendations for the work needed on your door. He will have you sign off on the work before any work is completed.
