I was in New Orleans for a work trip this spring and dropped in to CrossFit NOLA Downtown for Open Workout 22.3. They welcomed me with open arms! This location and facility is great, the coach was engaging and knowledgeable, and members were super friendly and encouraging. I will definitely be back when my travels next bring me to NOLA!

I dropped in while on a work trip from TX in 2019. Short Uber ride from convention center area. Great facility, great community, the coach made me feel like I was right at home. Never did get my shirt though, haha! If you're ever in NOLA and looking for a place to drop-in, this is the one.

Came for a drop in class while traveling for work and had a great experience. Nice small class size. Coach Phil was great.

Crossfit is a training philosophy that helps you to understand how you can improve yourself using the a wide variety of exercises ranging from cardio to olympic weight lifting to gymnastics. Along with the exercise regime it is important to have a good diet. That will help you more than anything else when combined with crossfit. Every exercise in crossfit is a core to extremity exercise and so it uses multiple muscle groups in unison to get stronger. HTH
