My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for Jazz Fest 2022, and it was amazing! We felt safe on and off the base. I would highly recommend to stay here. We are definitely coming back to NOLA, and will be staying here again!

Really nice place to stay for active military reserve or guard definitely nicer than a few I've stayed in with my unit only issue I see isn't even with the barracks but the neighborhood to the left of the gate since I woke up to rapid gunfire which really didn't bat an eye but definitely don't try to arrive late at night or leave the compound after hours

great place to stay! the rooms are neat and clean (the history does not continue inside there. 😀) the history here is wonderful.

Yes. There are 2 and 3 bedrooms available for soldier housing.
Yes they have a Deers office on base. Not sure the ID requirements but it can be done there
