Can I get a Telehealth appointment here, as a new patient although I live on the Westbank? I'm currently a patient of Jeff Care on Westbank Expressway but I've been unable to make an app with them, they never answer the phone or return calls.. Help!?

Yes they do offer Telehealth over the phone if you referring to as the doctor calling you and checking on you through a phone call then yes they are pretty busy but most times you can't go in there and they will take your temperature and you can make an appointment there as well

FYI: The facility on the East Bank- Metairie 'ave less doctors than West Bank. I go there on the I-10 service rd. Most of the best Psychiatrist and Psychologist are on the West Bank, a few my doctors 'ave told me that if I 'ave transportation to make my appointments there. Did I mention I go to The East Bank Clinic. LOL
