Waited almost 2 hours after having an appointment. I ended up leaving cause my anxiety got the best of me, yes I was there for a refill on my meds, this really could have been done in a virtual visit. I have been coming here for years and honestly the doctors or great but the scheduling is horrible. I literally always wait at least an hour, often time longer.The Veterans location is no better. I have to find somewhere else to go.

Walked in at 1:30 pm after cutting my pointer finger and ring finger open with a garden edger to get stitches and an updated tetanus shot . Two people in the waiting room and I was obviously bleeding . I was told they weren't talking walk-ins and turned away. So I definitely wouldn't roll the dice unless you have an appointment .

If you need a referral for an imaging service like a ct scan good luck. After waiting 2 weeks I heard nothing about my insurance covering it nor did the office bother telling me that they didn't even fax the referral to my insurance company. I had to call my insurance company to find out what happened, once they "fixed" the issue and then sent the fax to my insurance I thought it would be all good to go. Instead, another 2 weeks later I received a denial from my insurance company stating that the doctor was not clear with the request to get the CT scan done. The request from the doctor stated "belly problem " with no explanation so of course I was denied. A person could be waiting for the worst to happen if you don't do everything yourself. This baffles me that doctors can get away with this negligence.

Extremely rude staff called too check on my blood work 3 times when they finally answered the girl hang-up the phone. The guy working on the phone always have a attitude as well
