These people are so SLOW if you have an appointment for 8:30am you won’t get seen until after 9am which I don’t understand why I’m always head over an hour for my son’s appointments because they have you waiting so long to be seen they never answer the phone or call you back when you call and leave a message I don’t recommend this place at all !

Yes they do offer Telehealth over the phone if you referring to as the doctor calling you and checking on you through a phone call then yes they are pretty busy but most times you can't go in there and they will take your temperature and you can make an appointment there as well
