You can either take the Q70 SBS or even the M60 SBS both of which will take you to a subway station that you will need to take to 5th. I would take Uber or Lyft Car Services, its faster and you can book then on your phone

M60 to Harlem's 125th Park Avenue Subway Station for Downtown Express 4, 5 trains to 42nd Street /Times Squarel Station. From there take local Lexington Avenue 6 train going Uptown or Downtown bringing you closer to your final destination. There is plenty of walking going up and down no matter what.
