The best experience I have ever had at a Kay Jewelers!!!! I live in Atlanta but will exclusively wait until I’m in Staten Island if I ever need services at Kay Jewelers. Lexi and Emmon were incredible. Lexi is an absolute angel. My ring I purchased a few months ago online at Kay had a gem that fell out. They went above and beyond to help me get it inspected and repaired, and even shipped it back to my home in Atlanta! On top of that; I had a necklace I always wear that has been tangled for months, and they took the time to get it untangled for me under the microscope with their special tools. They were super sweet, pleasant, patient, and helpful. One of the best service experiences I have ever had in my life. They deserve a raise!! Thank you so much!

I had a botch job done on my engagement & wedding ring (that might of not of been able to be fixed) by Kay’s preferred repair center! I WAS LIVID, UPSET & a COMPLETE WRECK. The store manager Rabia & the new Assistant manager Nitz are amazing. They made sure my horrible experience was turned around to one of the BEST experiences. Rabia has always made my husband and I feel comfortable for years. I don’t know who the AM was before but I’m pleased & very much so confident to say that Staten Island Kay will be an unstoppable team if they aren’t so already!! I tend to have high expectations when it comes to customer service (due to my management background) I can’t say enough amazing things about these two! Thank you again Rabia, Nitz, & the amazing jeweler who made it all better !!
