I'm picking up someone arriving tonight via American Airlines, terminal B, gate D7. Where should I park? Or would it be better to hang out in the cell phone lot (if they have one?)

There is renovation in Laguardia airport keep in mind. The traffic is bad there.

You can pick them up at the terminal as long as you are not sitting there and there is a cell phone waiting atea for Terminal B at the Employee Lot, which at one time was the Valet and Short term parking lot behind the Marine Air Terminal( Terminal A )
