NYC transport is the best bet. Cheap and easily accessible. Remember there could be traffic snarls due to continuing construction and normal traffic. Subway is no no if you have luggage. Also Tickets for NYC transport need not be printed, just save the ticket to show it to the driver or the associate who would be there at the pickup spot. Watch carefully for the pickup spots as it may be confusing.
