There is so much construction at the airport, but 1. take the Tri-boro Bridge to the Grand Central Pkwy, and 2. follow the signs towards LGA. They will say GCP Eastern Long Island LA Guardia Airport. 3.Merge onto I-278 W 4.use 2 lane from the right lane Take exit 7 towards Terminal B/C/D LGA 5.use left lane, stay left at fork in road, keep diving towards Central Terminal Drive 6.Keep left, 7.Merge onto Central Terminal Drive 8.use the middle lane,, turn left slightly staying on Central Terminal Drive 9.then you are at Terminal B. Now somewhere before this will be your ramp for parking IF CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AT THAT PARKING TERMINAL LOT. CALL THE AIRPORT, ASK IF PARKING IS AVAILABLE OR DO YOU NEED TO PARK AT THE NEXT TERMINAL.
I know there is a lot of construction. Personally use uber to move around.
There is a split to the new Terminal B parking just before Terminal B drop-off/pick up. It drives just past the terminal, and the entrance is on the left , with a sharp left turn, hidden behind construction. I was there last week (2019-11), and it took me a while to figure from online map. Drive slow and there are some confusing parking signs just before the parking lot. The official website shows parking availability status. https://www.laguardiaairport.com/
