But if you fly in to JFK you can take the Express A subway train directly to 42nd Port Authority station," (Midtown) then perhaps walk from there. But from LaGuardia you can take a ride app (Uber/link) or taxi. Of course you can maneuver the buses, which may be a bit challenge. So JFK then the A train (subway) will be more of a straight and affordable shot.
That's in downtown Manhattan so I don't think either LGA or JFK matter. Both are far and both have means of transportation to and from that hotel. It's just a preference on how you'd like to commute.
