24 hours is not that much time for NYC...but if you have a ton of money I would take a taxi into Manhattan stay in a lovely hotel eat a fine meal and go shopping in some world class stores !!! If time permits try the Statue of Liberty or the Empire State building....but you really need more time to see all the wonderful sights of NYC. If your hotel is located in midtown Manhattan you will be able to get some sightseeing in!!!

I dont have a lot of money. Going to book a hotel for that night. I would get to ny in the late morning and would leave till the next morning.
Nuthn inside of the airport but food n some selective souvenirs
