How can you order a wheelchair for airport staff to pick up passenger off an international flight? Passenger is not officially handicapped but had brain tumor surgery and not steady on their feet.

If you tell the ticket counter they will put it on the ticket that the passenger needs assistance from gate-to-gate. But if you are traveling through Charlotte my suggestion is not to get off the airplane until the wheel chair arrives
