Leash is not required when you are in the dog area
One really big area in large dog section the small dog section about size of a nice tennis court
Mecklenburg Parks and Rec, I would look on their website; but they are paid with tax money. So it's probably not likely to happen.
I know this post is from a year ago, but it's about a 6 foot fence.
