Is there anyone who knows who to contact to get the water pit filled in or ask if we could get an actual water feature put in? I know our doggo would love having a place to swim! This kid pool isn't cutting it with the holes in the bottom...

Mecklenburg Parks and Rec, I would look on their website; but they are paid with tax money. So it's probably not likely to happen.
