Yes there are several foreign money changing booths at the CLT airport; one upstairs in the front of the airport outside security by the valet parking and at least two in the airport inside security (one near gates D1 and D2, the other in the area between concourse B and C where the rocking chairs and piano are.The exchange rate changes every day so you would have to ask the person working in the booth the rate. Though they may have a foreign currency exchange those usually do NOT accept coins, only paper money. The exchange rate is dependent on which country's currency.
