I live on Lake Murray and there is a lone goose on the shore that is acting weird. I thought maybe it had hook stuck in it's mouth but I can't get close enough to tell. Is this something animal services would help with?

I'm not sure if animal control can help or not ... I would try calling the dnr and seeing if they could do anything. Try both .. phone call wouldn't hurt

I drive pass this house everyday on the way to work and back, and they have their maybe 8 pound dog outside chained up 24/7. is that illegal and can I report them? They never bring the dog in. Even when it gets below freezing and pours down rain.
