From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with up most respect. Antron made the whole application process such a breeze. Monique was also so welcoming during the lease process. They truly helped me out when I needed it the most. Great people great place and wonderful customer service. Thanks so much to Antron and Monique for making this process so great! Literally called this place multiple time on different occasions for the past month to try and rent a house. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. even had my managers and boyfriend also call and no one picked up until today AFTER the house that I preferred had been rented out. if i could leave 0stars for my dissatisfaction i would!!!

Monthly rent includes lot:365 and rent of the building 400 (give or take) and water.
How much do rentals run?
They are pet friendly (thats what we needed) but i dont think they allow certain dogs like Pitbulls, Dobermans (the usual that get a bad wrap). There are different prices but less than apartments & houses we've looked for. Financially you would have to talk to the manager in the office. Good luck :)
