Is there anything lexington county can do about dangerous dogs? The neighborhood kids have been terrorized by these dogs and the owners refuse to keep them put up!

No don't call the sheriff's department. Call the lexington county animal shelter. They will settel it.report them if children have been hurt or close to injury.
