Are you allowed to do anything with your kid? My almost 3yo doesn't communicate with other kids on his own. I don't wanna waste the money if we aren't able to play together.

They do have smaller "3 and under" inflatables, and I saw younger kids with their parents on the older kids inflatables.

Yes, we allow parents to help young children on bounces if they need assistance. Just make sure to bring socks for yourself. I would highly recommend coming M-F from 10am-2pm if it's your first time. We tend to have the younger crowd in the building due to our $6 pre-k special pricing.
