You have to keep calling to get Paid and they have a attitude as if you should wait for the money you worked for. Smh don't waste your time

3 years on and off with this company and never had a problem til today. Worked a job yesterday that was unfit for a woman( relocating about 2,000 rocks/small boulders by hand. Was told I could leave and they would send men to do the job. Now no one is accepting responsibility for telling me I can leave the site and they refuse to pay me. Horrible and I will never work for them again.

Ive used them 2 different times now to fill jobs and 2 out of 2 times it has been a disaster first time out guy came on job and after 20 min said he couldn’t do it and had to go home they did send a replacement out but time he got there it was a 1/2 day lost guy was suppose to work next day sat they charged me that morning for him and he never showed up and no one was at office to answer call, had to wait till the next week for them to clear the charge off my card. I tried them again couple weeks ago had hired 2 guys again they charge me for them that morning was suppose to be there in my 9 got a call at 8 o’clock saying that they had a flat tire that there was almost on the way wanted to know if I still needed them I said yes 10 o’clock got there still no help call the office they said let me check on them they called me back and said that they would be there within 30 minutes 11:30 got here still no help got a call from the office and told me that the guys decided they was not gonna come to work so they was gonna get me some more help I got a call an hour later saying that they have four people coming to me and out of those 2 showed up one decided after 20 minutes that she was not going to work and left, the other got there at 2 o’clock he did work pretty good but because of there employees not showing up it cost me two days of labor on that at all extra labor as well as extra rental of equipment which cost me a lot more for the job than what was budgeted out for that their employees would’ve showed up then the job would’ve been done 2 days earlier then when we finished due to there employees not showing up. The office people did try but either way it cost me money bc of there guys not showing up I will never use them again after the second time of the same. Issue. They charge a lot for there guys to come out and with me paying almost 25 an hour per man, for help they should make sure people will be there and not leave causing me loose money. I used labor finders before and when I called and said I need 2 guys or what ever I needed they actually had them brought to the job and never had a issue of them not working and not showing up and they are cheeper too I’m going back to them I was just trying out a dif company they lost my cuisines that is for sure.
