Terrible customer service but end product was good. Would’ve been 5 stars if customer service was better. Only reason I didn’t take it somewhere else was it was damage to our new Suburau Outback and wanted dealership to fix it. Not sure if I would recommend it.

If you want your vehicle to be repaired correctly the first time these are the people that you need to deal with. They have been my number one go to shop when I have had a fender bender. Impeccable workmanship. I have had friends to ask me "hey, I thought that your ca was damaged. Where was it hit:. And my reply was "exactly". I have had this happen time and time again. Now all of my people use them for their vehicles. Don't sleep on these guys.

This single star is for Ashley answering the phone and sticking to her word to call me back. The management deserves zero stars for being spineless wastes of carbon. The repair that was done is in poor quality for a price that doesn't match anywhere near. They wanted me to pay for a diagnostic to check for their mistake. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that I cared about.
