If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! On 9/9 my vehicle wouldn’t start. I knew from previous situations that it wasn’t my battery and it was the PassTime tracking device that US auto puts in their vehicles. They were closed so on 9/10 I called them about the issue. They had a towing company pickup the car and take it to Chevrolet Dealership. On Tuesday 9/13 Chevrolet dealership did a diagnostic test and determined the PassTime device is defective. I contact US Auto with Chevrolet service dept on the line so that the information could be relayed to them. It is now 9/16 and my vehicle has yet to be running. I had to get a rental car for the past week so that I’m able to get back and forth to work and my daughter back and forth to school. The rental has cost me $300 for the week and not to mention I just made a $452 car payment on 9/9 along with a $348 insurance payment. The representatives at US auto are rude, disrespectful and have no remorse for their customers. Instead of them taking the word of the Chevrolet service dept they are sending one of their service techs out to do the exact same thing that was already done, a diagnostic and replace the device. They are refusing to pay any costs that it has caused me. Rental and diagnostic fee. Nothing at all for my inconvenience and I am livid. I can not believe this company is still and has been for years operating the way it treats its customers and the way they do business. This is ridiculous and disgusting how a customer of 2years is being treated. I’ve paid my car note faithfully for 2 years over $11,000 and this is how They treat people. This company should not be in business and for every customer that has ever purchased a car from them should be compensated because I’m sure they’ve been robbed as well. Something has to be done about this company.

Very good service mrs sherry called me at the perfect time out of the blue and it was amazing how she went above and beyond to help us a true god send I definitely would tell anyone to go see them if you want good quality service but the car itself was a lemon it started after a few days of me having the 2015 Jeep Compass the ABS warning ⚠️ light stayed on plus the slippery car signs and the brakes would lock up to where you had to press them really hard to stop 🛑 it was scary and also the radio and air conditioning would sometimes not work until like 20 minutes after the car has been driven I had to get the tire fixed after the 8 th day of having he car thinking the lights would go off but that wasn’t the case so I honestly don’t no what’s happening with it there’s no Bluetooth capability the car has an ox cord plug and an antenna 🤦🏾♀️ Not much in it for a 2015 you would think it had wayyyy more features no backup camera and it can be driven as a automatic and a stick shift and it’s easy to put it in the wrong mode it’s weird then the worst part is I wanted to give this car back because they wonted me to pay 28 thousand for this raggedy keep and I haven’t even had 30 days they still going to put it on my credit sad

Depends on total price of vehicle. Everyone's definition of reasonable is different. Go see them, you get pre approval amount quickly
I didn't have any problems with purchasing a car with Ms Sherry. Of course at the time I stayed in contact with for 3months and brought the money down as she stated on the phone and I came home in the car I wanted. I love my 2013 Chevy Impala and my payments aren't high👍👍👍🥰
