They gave me a great deal on my trade in and also made it super easy to purchase my new Escalade. Even went above and beyond to make sure we were out of the rain to move all of my belongings from my old car to my new car. So thankful for their knowledge, kindness, and generosity! Donnie Parks I cancelled my reservation with Kevin Whitaker Cadillac in Greenville, South Carolina. I was at the top of the list to receive one. I spoke with the salesman for months on my reservation and there was no mention of there being a $10,000 over MSRP charge. I think it is very unfair and unethical of Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet-Cadillac to wait until the day I was able to place my early order to tell me this. I could have gone with a dealer who wasn’t charging over MSRP. One thing for sure, I will not ever do business with this dealership. If they are willing to treat a customer like this and try to scavenge $10,000; what other things are they doing to take advantage of their customers? This is very unprofessional. If this was something they were going to do, they should have told anyone who planned to purchase from them of this upfront and the customer could have gone elsewhere.
