Yesterday, I brought my grandson to kangaroo Jax. We were charged the $10.50 for admission. When I questioned the lady selling admission, the extra .50 cents, she said it was tax. Never been charged this before.

We follow amusement tax guidelines which is 5% in South Carolina. There is a possibility that you paid in cash at one point and we told you to not worry about the $0.50 if you didn't have it on you. But if you paid in card you would have been charged amusement tax. This is a requirement by law to pay this. We hope you understand!
