Perfectly healthy two year old puppy returned home from a five day stay with a kennel bug and multiple scabbed over play bite marks. Filled out a form/phone and most I got was a sorry and not any sort of ownership for my dog getting bitten and sick. He’s fine now, but very clear how little the company who owns this cares about their clients with how my dog was treated. Pet owners beware

The staff was SO welcoming! I came in at the last minute after deciding I didn't want to leave my place at another boarder. They were welcoming, went out of their way to help me get things lined up, and were very sweet and accommodating. It's a huge bonus that you can check in on your baby at any time using their camera system! A special shout out to Liv who went over and above! She talked me through a lot, and I could see her giving my cat extra love and attention on the cameras. She brought her out of her comfort zone and paid attention to all of the little tips I provided. She is one in a million!
