I went to tax office and it was packed. I took my bill to the DMV, waited on a very short list. I was done in less than half an hour. They recommended to make an appointment going forward. I was impressed.
just take your pay tax receipt to DMV they'll give you the proper paperwork to fill out to get your tag no running around here unless you're stupid
