All you need is your current valid license and proof of SC residence to change NC to SC
All you need is your credentials and you shouldn't have any problems
It's my belief that you probably have to get a S.C. Beginner's Permit first. I may be wrong though. I would suggest that you Google the number to the DMV and ask directly.
