If you can't get an answer, I would suggest driving over there with your dog and be prepared to pay $75 to surrender the dog.

Unfortunately, the priority is caring for animals and people that are in the building. If you want faster service I recommend coming in person. Do not bring your pet since you will have to make an appointment. The fees vary.

I took a kitten today. No fee. Signed release no problem.
