I would light a smoke signal from the highest mountain. Or send carrier pigeons. But seriously, asking volunteer map reviewers questions that we dont have answers to is silly. Id verify you have the right number. Or go by there. They answer every time I call.
They are always busy with the animals pls go there and someone will help you .
The priority for staff is to care for animals on site and then to help customers on site. The phone is only answered if there is not a customer or animal being helped. I recommend coming in person or trying to contact someone by email. All the of the staff email and direct lines are listed on the website. You may have better luck reaching out to specific department or staff person.
