I just let the phone ring about 18 times. It’s 2020 and there’s no answering service or machine here?

There is voice mail, but if there is someone leaving a message in front of you, or all lines are busy, the phone system may not bump you into it.

They might have been dealing with an emergency at the time. They provided excellent service to our dog.

I had a good experience there. There were many Dr's, techs, check-in check out people.
