I am not sure about this place. Each time I’ve called with general questions the front desk has always been rude and sarcastic. A few examples, asking a price range of services for surgery prior. Most vets are able to give a general price range on procedures, they however do not do that. So you could potentially leave with a huge unexpected bill. Second example, I called to ask about an physical exam during a vaccination appointment. Apparently they do not conduct physical exams during vaccination visits?? Never have heard of a vet clinic doing that. Third example, prior to my pets appointment I had reached out to get a prescription of gabapentin to calm her down for appointment, I was informed that someone would get back to me. Friday rolls around no call or follow up. Appointment comes and I get told by them I need to make a second appointment because I didn’t give her the medicine and she was not cooperating. This place only wants to cause loops to jump through and for their customers to pay double due to their incompetence. Completely disappointing regarding our current economic inflation. This place needs to get organized, improve on professionalism and follow general guidelines for a veterinary practice.

Very kind and compassionate to their patients. The vet and staff truly love and have a passion to help animals. They never turned down a sick pet unlike Aidmore and they stay open late.

"Wild Animal Services", My A&& !!! No one available on weekends for wild animal care. No answering service, no guidance, no emergency wildlife anything, and upon opening, on Monday, sadly,.... you're STILL on your own. Thanks for NOTHING, St. Francis Animal Hospital. I'll be SURE to put the word out there, every way possible, not to "bother" with you, AT ALL, for ANYTHING. #dnr.ga.gov #dnr.sc.gov #LoveAllAnimals #AllLivesMatter

Like for grooming? They don't advertise grooming services although there are a tech there that does groom.

Do you have a CAT scan machine. My dog has been sneezing & snorting for a few days now & I carried her to Banfield but they don't see anything. They can do an X-Ray but they are not positive that anything will show up
