Idk what’s going on at this post office but I NEVER GET HALF MY MAIL … idk what they doing with it maybe putting my mail in other’s mailboxes???? Never had this problem til after my mailman retired… y’all need to train more better !!!!!

One of the drivers let my mail sitting at the end of my driveway, to where anyone could’ve stolen it. And on top of that they left it to get rain on.

You need to go to a different store like FEDex office..this is the USPS they don't do that there..

As a postal carrier i can't answer that question regarding a address change online...but as a customer I always found it better to do a change by filling out C.O.A. form..
You can retrieve them from your local post office or either a carrier you may see you on the streets
I believe they do have a notary on site at times...I would go to the website for confirmation and prices for all services rendered.
