Waiting more than 20 min to talk to a Supervisor about a packet location. Worst service ever.

Do not use a PO Box here! USPS PO Box system is remotely managed and this branch did nothing to correct the mis-assignment of my box and missed mail. Avoid. Couldn’t even give me a refund or receipt for my early termination or proof that I returned my keys.

This place ALWAYS looses my packages, or their carrier’s doesn’t want to bring my mail up because I’m on the 3rd floor and marks it as “customer requested to hold at location”😒, the supervisor didn’t reach back out to me like I was told, nor did the carrier ever come to my door but say I missed the delivery 🤔, I got an email telling me to come pick up my mail why? When I paid for shipping? This is sad. I wish I was assigned to the other post office .

Complain to the Supervisor. He will change carriers. See if you can talk to the carrier. He's not doing his job!

Yes you can change your address on line. You will be charged a small fee via credit card. Note: credit card address must match your current or old address.
Mail not delivered to your address will be at the post office. They hold it for at most about 2 weeks maybe, then return to sender.

It depends on the size, weight, how quickly you want it to get there and where you are sending it.
New Year's day, Presidents day, MLK day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Columbus day, Veterans day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas day....if any land on a weekend, then carriers will observe it the following Monday (i.e. no mail)
