I would call them first thing Monday morning, my experience is they do most of their appointments by drop off. Even with their drop-off appointments they schedule a couple of weeks out. I would also recommend in the meantime if you haven't already done it, to bring the pup into see your primary veterinarian. It's also possible they may be able to get you scheduled sooner.

I don't wait when eyes are involved. Call them Monday morning.
Right away as soon as possible.Should not play with the eyes.Better be safe then sorry or call them and just ask.
