Yes. Like the person said u have to be Westchester resident. Unless u got a group park pass/letter etc to say u are invited to come to the park and so fort with family and friend etc. But u might have to still pay for parking. Hope this was helpful

Actually we go every day to walk and never pay the fee. The Collection Booth is only open on the weekends. We either go before or after hours, or if the collection Booth is open we park in the Saxon Woods Pool parking lot (west of the Hutch) and access the trails from the far east corner of the soccer area parking lot, which has a trail that leads into east Saxon Woods. There is a pedestrian tunnel under the Hutch that connects the 2 areas.

Entrance fee to pool. Hiking trails free access, no parking fee. Hike here often.
