I had the pleasure of purchasing (2)vehicles from MB in the last couple of years with the assistance of Tom Chen. I currently own a 2018 GLS 450 and wanted a new car. I walked into Mercedes on 9/10/22 in hopes to see what my options were. I knew what I wanted. I previously went to MB to get my car serviced and visited the showroom. I met a sales rep named Ralph. We spoke briefly about the newer models and told him that I was going to return in the near future. On Saturday, I saw Ralph dealing with a customer and I waved. Looked like the interaction with that customer was not going well. He told me that he would tend to me when he was done. Sorry to say my experience was horrible There were many things that he expressed to me that, quite honestly, in my opinion, didn't sit well. I told him that I was there to buy a car. He began by telling me that if I was thinking of a GL 450, to forget it because there were none. I asked him, if it were possible to wash my car while I was there, he told me straight out "NO", priority went to cars that were recently bought and also for cars that were being serviced. I asked him to check and if it were possible and again, blurted "NO". He said that if I bought a car that day, he would make it happen. NOT HAPPY!. I decided to look into 350 with a 450 engine since he said that 450 was not an option. I told him that I liked the ride/power of my current car. He told me that the 350 was very similar to what i currently owned, in power and ride. I told him that I was thinking a getting a dark blue model and he said, your choices are black, white and gray. Apparently he was having a really bad day with the client that tended to before me. He told me that she didn't want to pay the price of a car she was interested in. Lots more said but that is no relevant at this moment. I told him I wanted a illuminating Emblem on the front of my car, and he said, "its going to cost you $500" (as if I couldn't afford it). I reminded him that I wanted a 2023. He responded, "they're in process of being built and not many changes could be made so forget about it. I asked him if there were any incentives, bonuses, etc and his response was, "THERE ARE NONE, these cars are constantly being sold and there's nothing". I told him that Tom always looked out for me and he said, "that's the mistake he made".WOW.. I reminded him that I wanted a car similar to mine and he attempted to get a printout of my 2018 sticker. He said he was having problems obtaining it and went to see someone for assistance. After a WAIT, he returned and seemed quite upset. The woman he dealt with earlier returned to buy the car. He ranted about people at MB not doing their job and he had to do it for them. He stated that if that were the case they should either pay him for doing their work or they should go into sales WOW!. He proceeded to work on "that" sale while I was sitting at his desk. I told him that I wanted to get an air freshener in my car and he said, "for what", you're going to pay $100 for those cartridges. I also told him that wanted to make the bulk of my down payment using my credit cards, he told me that he wouldn't accept that, the max was $5000, "the banks would have an issue with that because you're borrowing from your credit cards and taking a loan and loans were really high now". I told him that those credit cards would be fully paid the following day, I was only looking to get the bonus mile. I asked him if it were possible to get a test drive several times. He finished what he was doing and got the keys. On the test drive he stated that my car and the car I was test driving were very similar. Difference was only the sizes. We return I brought up the down payment. He said If I wasn't happy he would return my money because that car would be sold anyway. FYI, I went to service and got my car washed in 20 minutes. Unprofessional /obnoxious and lots of false information. I've always had good thing to say about MB White Plains. I will be taking my business elsewhere. FYI, I couldn't fit all my concerns on this page.

Great car buying experience. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used Mercedes Benz.

Very unpleasant experience trying to buy a 2019 used car. I came to the dealership in the evening after work and told a lady salesperson that I am interested but please check if a steering wheel can be upgraded. Instead of asking for a deposit knowing I want to buy that car - they let me leave but another salesperson (Adam) called me in AM asking to put a deposit in case someone else wants to buy it which I did right away (within 5 mins of his request). A few hours later the same salesperson called me and said that he is so sorry but someone else from Texas left a deposit 30 mins before me and now consider this car sold?? Left hand does not know what a right hand is doing! Absolutely no tracking what is going-on with their sales stuff. And to top it off - 11 days later I still don't have my deposit back and they just now submitted paperwork to accounting (after me following up multiple times) to refund me when they promised to do so 11 days ago when the other buyer came to light. Definitely would not recommend trusting 1 particular salesperson and make sure you get a confirmation from the most senior manager that yes in deed you are the only person buying that car and not 2-3 people leaving a deposit on the same vehicle. For sure all my friends on the Wall St. will hear about it...

Not sure. It depends on the year. The more recent, the more expensive. You definitely should call them.
Where abouts on 9A? How did you come to find that they've adopted it?
Yes. Sat 8am to 6pm. Mon-Thu 7:30am-7:00. Fri 7:30am-6:00pm.
They have Saturday hours, but I don't know the hours. Give them a call.
