My Acadia was in the shop for a long time, however David kept informing me why and helped me to understand. It was greatly appreciated. Then i called the day after I took my car home, that there was a loud noise that I hadn't heard before. I was used to communicating with David so I asked for him, he was not in that day. I received a call back from Pablo. Pablo asked me to bring my car back and he would take a look at it. most of the time when I go to a mechanic I dont feel heard or seen. Pablo took me and y car for a drive to hear the noise. Of course it didnt make the noise. He reassured me that he was not finished looking into he problem. He figured out what was wrong when we got back tot he shop and my car hasnt made the noise since. He also told me that if I hear the noise again to bring it back and we'd go for a ride with a tech. I can not tell you how happy I am with the service I received at Empire Buick! Thank you for seeing me and hearing me!

The person who welcomed me is Lidia Gutierrez ( please forgive misspellings). I have known this lady for more than 10 years, and my comments to her yesterday when I was there for a regular check up for myBuick is that I feel like I’m related to her. Always professional, warm and welcoming. I got to the center earlier and was on my way home at the lightning speed! I walked in just to browse for a car as a gift for my wife. I was immediately greeted and helped my Ms. Katie Ribeiro. Although it was close to closing time, she was willing to answer my inquiries and took me out for a test drive in a Terrain. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the features in the vehicle and suggested I see other trims. I had to stick to a budget and her and Mr. William Rivera made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. We are grateful for their service and for the amazing Terrain AT4. I wasn’t even planning on buying this soon but with service this good and a deal this great, I would have regretted not doing so.
