Absolutely the worse experience . We had an appointment to pick up my son’s car. The dealership was aware we were driving 6 hour. , after several confirmations that his new vehicle would be there , once arrived the associate greeted us and told us we’re sorry it’s going to be another hour go have lunch the car was being detailed... after lunch we’re drive back to find out the car wasn’t even in the area ...now we’re very up set , the GM said he would put him up in a hotel and pay the Bill . 5 weeks later no payment ... no follow up ..., I’m just fed up
