Used to shop here religiously But have been out of town for quite sometime. Came back yesterday to buy some new things total came out to be about $900. Went to get my parking pass validated and they told me it is only available for Credit Card holders with Nordstrom. Umm excuse me, since when, and why would I use a personal card when I was making a “business” purchase. Returned everything right then and there and made them validate my pass. Managers didn’t seem to care so I Will never be coming back, thank you very much for the loyalty and customer appreciation !!! P.S. staff was rude and extremely disheveling. So not the standard of Nordstrom of five years ago !!!

Yes they do carry luggage. You can always try Tumi if you're looking for a store just for luggage
Possibly that the tailor is not in that day/time, as a result, there is no alteration service then.

I have never seen it there. You can call and ask to speak with Cosmetics sales people they would know.
It depends which entrance you come in because it's on the first floor same place you Validate your parking ticket.
They usually have most colors but the best would be to call or look online to find out.
