I just left this horrible store. My sister and I were looking to check out and there was one register opened at 9:30 pm. So we decided to go through the self check out. An employee who I assume was there to watch self check Out, while she was ringing out her own items on company time, told us that that we were not allowed to check out there because it was 12 items or less. I looked around and saw no signage expressing this!! You have one register open with many people and you are telling me I have to wait in that line???! I explained to her that my sister and I had 2 orders and she walked away touting “unbelievable!” Are your employees really allowed to speak to your customers that way? If this is how paying customers are treated, I will take my business elsewhere!

Georgeanne needs to learn how to multi task the front desk and needs to learn phone etiquette. I am a frequent shopper and her behavior was rude. I understand short staffed businesses but if the current staff is not service friendly, lost of business will occur.

I stop here a lot after work to pick up stuff for dinner. It can get pretty crowded depending on when you go, but the store is spacious and clean. They have a self checkout which is really nice. The cashiers are also extremely quick when checking you out

I ordered our cake day the day before because I forgot. The girl who took my order was absolutely amazing. I let her know my requests for the cake and she did it 1000x better than I ever expected. Everyone absolutely loved the cake. I am soo thankful for the girl who made our cake.
